1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. No refund requests will be entertained after dispatch.
2. No Return & No Refund Policy
All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
We do not accept returns or process refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Dissatisfaction after use
Opened or used products
Delays caused by courier partners
Refusal to accept delivery
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot restock or resell returned nutraceutical products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception Clause)
In rare cases where:
The product is damaged during transit
An incorrect product has been delivered
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we may offer a replacement only. Refunds will not be provided.
4. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect shipping address
Unavailable recipient
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping charges will apply. No refund will be issued.
